Terms of Service

Service description

AlgoTerra Oy provides algorithmic marketing services across Google Ads, Meta, SEO, and GEO channels. The service includes campaign management, optimization, and reporting.

Contract period

Minimum contract term is 3 months. After that, the agreement continues month to month unless terminated with 30 days’ notice.

Pricing and payment

Service fees are invoiced monthly in advance. Ad budgets (Google/Meta) are paid directly to the platforms on the client’s own accounts. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Billing questions: billing@algoterra.io

Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for ad account access, working conversion tracking, and timely payment to the platforms.

Service level

We do not guarantee specific results, as they depend on industry, budget, and market conditions. We commit to best-effort optimization and transparent reporting.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are resolved in the Helsinki District Court.
